Yoga Instructor

I have a longstanding interest in yoga and have now been practising for almost 20 years. 

I completed her yoga teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga qualifying in 2010, and have been teaching regularly ever since.  

 

My classes provide a down to earth approach to yoga, suitable for everyone.  Classes include the key elements of yoga practise; postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. I believe yoga is a simple and effective way to stay healthy, agile and relaxed.

 

I am also a Chartered physiotherapist and qualified Pilates teacher and use this knowledge to compliment my yoga teaching.
