I’m Claire and I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I am on a mission to share the beauty and therapeutic benefits of yoga and nature with the community. With a background in nature conservation I have integrated my passion for the outdoor world within classes. My style of yoga takes a holistic approach, focusing on the whole person being physical and emotional. I encourage you to ask questions and get inquisitive without judgement. How can we take yoga off the mat and into our lives?

 

My classes are suitable for all levels. In my yoga classes I hope to help you release tension, get rid of any hang ups, and most importantly, just to let go and laugh and smile. Yes, that’s right, it does exist, a yoga class that is not deadly serious and terrifying because of the pin drop silence. Why do I like to laugh and be silly? Well it’s who I am, and I do feel we can all take ourselves far too seriously!
