Strength and Core

This class is for people who are looking to get a lean and toned body. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. We, will work right through all the muscle groups. The key ingredient to a stronger body starts at the core so we will give this area special attention.

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. It’s low impact, but high intensity, and really focuses in on those small muscle groups that aid your every day movement. It works your whole body; your arms, your core, and your lower body, as well and working on stamina and flexibility.

Core Conditioning

This low-impact class uses a range of body weight exercises to develop a stronger core. Exercises focus on the core component including abdominals, middle and lower back and are meant to increase the strength of the muscles that provide stability and mobility for the spine, pelvis, rib cage, and hips. An excellent option for those wanting a low impact shorter class to focus on core strength and toning.
