​​Whether you aspire to be on ‘Strictly’ or just have a shimmy in your living room, any type of dancing can lift your mood and keep you fit. 

Join for a fun dance class that is suitable for all levels and designed to keep you fit whilst having fun learning some iconic moves. Styles will vary each week and can be anything from jazz, hip hop, bollywood, 

contemporary and more. You will start off with a short warm up, learn a fun choreographed routine (with breaks) and finish with a gentle cool down.
