I love exercise but recognise that not everyone does! If this sounds like you, you are exactly the kind of person that I like to work with. I am convinced that there is something out there that you will enjoy and when you find that and start to achieve your goals, the results are amazing physically, mentally and emotionally. Try it, you may surprise yourself!


My clients are wanting to improve their general health and wellbeing to have a better quality of life. I am very much focussed on physical fitness for mental wellness and work predominantly with women on issues that are a concern for them such as core/pelvic floor health and menopause. Is this something that resonates with you?


I have been in the fitness industry since 1997 so have a wealth of knowledge and experience and believe this gives me a great foundation to be able to serve my clients well. I have access to a network of women’s health experts, so if I don’t know the answer, I will know someone who does.


I offer personal training sessions which are truly unique and bespoke to each client as well as exercise classes to strengthen core and pelvic floor.


I continue to develop my knowledge to ensure I am providing my clients with exercises that are based on current research and findings.
