GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING & LIFESTYLE COACHING
We combine group personal training, and lifestyle coaching, to help you achieve your wellbeing goals.
We will guide you through the 12-week RECALIBRATE WELLBEING PROGRAMME, which will assess and improve your 4 key areas of wellbeing. You will be equipped with the knowledge and empowerment to see long term changes in your physical and mental wellness, by encouraging you to build healthy, long-term habits, and give you the skillset needed to achieve your goals.
Your bi-weekly exercise sessions will be accompanied by a full, comprehensive wellbeing workbook, and insightful check-in sessions with your instructor to track your progress.
