HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training)

Short bursts of high intensity interval training followed by recovery periods, this class is perfect to help burn body fat, increase cardiovascular fitness and stamina.  The class is short in duration with just 20 minutes WORK meaning you can give it 100% effort - perfect for stress busting too!

LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training)

This low impact class is ideal for all levels of fitness especially those returning to exercise or starting from new. All exercises are low impact so no jumping, running, bouncing etc. We will focus on control, multi-directional and functional movements. Structured around short intervals of work and recovery this aids progression, builds confidence and increases overall fitness. A perfect choice for all levels, ages and abilities.
