I’ve been practising Pilates for over 14 years and fell in love with the method immediately.
After years of attending both Reformer & Mat classes and experiencing the many health benefits, positive body changes and results I was looking for, I decided to train as an instructor myself. In 2014 I gained my first Pilates Trainer Diploma and followed that in 2019 with a Level 3 Mat Pilates Diploma. I have also completed additional workshops in the use of apparatus such as the Pilates mini ball, resistance bands and stability balls.
My aim is for clients to leave my classes having strengthened, toned & lengthened their entire bodies… and most importantly feeling happy & healthy!
