About Me

Katie trained with Seasonal Yoga and uses this to theme her classes; the intention, pace and flow of class will change through the year with each Season. Seasonal Yoga is designed to align the changing energies of nature and the seasons to a practice that improves physical strength and flexibility, creates balance and harmony and an enhanced sense of well-being. Katie has completed a 300hr training in Seasonal Yoga studying Vinyasa yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra. 



Katie’s gentle vinyasa class begins with a slow warm up and stretch, working up to standing poses which reach a peak, before coming down to mat based poses. Flows are included to disperse stagnant energy and build strength. Class ends with relaxation and mindfulness.
