Hi, I’m Lorraine and I look forward to working with you.
My mission is to bring together a community of like-minded people who want to bring balance, calm and health to their lives.
I believe life doesn’t have to be filled with stress and we all have the power to increase our happiness, health and wellbeing. One way to achieve this is to reconnect to ourselves with Tai Chi Qigong.
I’ve been a Wellbeing Practitioner since 2002 and am passionate about health and wellbeing and the many ways in which this can be achieved. Tai Chi Qigong is just one of the ways I work with people and it is a wonderfully empowering movement therapy.
There’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to health and wellbeing and the gentle approach of Tai Chi Qigong enables attendees to work to their abilities.
Lorraine currently has no classes on timetable.
