I am a qualified pre & postnatal personal trainer & mum, with a passion for helping mums & mums-to-be feel amazing.
I set up Strong Mama Collective while on maternity leave, with my little boy, Henry. To make exercise safe, fun, effective and accessible for mums. I knows how it feels to be on this journey and I am here to support you every step of the way!
My aim is to build a community for mum’s & mums to be, to feel motivated and be empowered to take their fitness and body confidence into their own hands.
I offer both personal training and unique fitness classes for pre & post ladies, with the option to bring your little one along, as I know childcare can be tricky.
Focusing on the changes your body goes through during pregnancy and postnatally, I will work with you every step of the way as your body changes.
