About the Group

We are excited to introduce our morning get together for women who are going through Perimenopause and Menopause, and who may be finding this stage in life challenging. This is an opportunity to share a coffee and your own experiences with women who may have been there, are living there, or have done it. We can talk through our shared challenges, and introduce you to what is available to manage this stage in life.

What can you expect?

On Saturday 3rd September, the session will be led by Louise Massett, with input from guest experts who work at Energise Fitness and Southcote Proactive Healthcare. We will welcome input from our attendees as to the kind of information you would like to receive and learn. We will take your suggestions into account when planning future sessions. The sessions take place on the first Saturday of every month.

What should you bring?

The group is very informal! You may find it useful to bring a notebook and pen, or use your phone to make notes. To help save the environment, please bring your own cup - we have tea, coffee and water available at the studio.

Your Group Leaders

Louise is a Personal Trainer and Coach, who runs our Small Group Training and Lifestyle Coaching groups. 

Emma is a Personal Trainer and Instructor, and has a special interest in helping women through midlife and Menopause.
