I have been teaching Pilates for seven years and love both teaching and participating in classes. I can teach to an intermediate level for mat-work and have also completed the BodyControl Pilates for Golfers course.
I started doing Pilates classes myself for back pain, and after seeing the benefits that Pilates has to offer, I wanted to share that with others. I am friendly, and passionate about helping people develop the fundamental principles of Pilates, which can positively impact both physical and mental health. Pilates exercises help develop core strength, the flexibility of muscles and joints, concentration, relaxation and body awareness.
My classes are fun and challenging and the aim of the classes is to exercise in a low impact and safe environment, but also challenge the strength of each participant.
