My classes and workshops are inclusive, body positive, uplifting, and energising. Through the exploration of breathing techniques and physical practice (asana), I provide a playful yet nourishing experience, which can be incorporated into your life, both on and off the mat.
My classes and workshops are great tools for improving both physical and mental wellbeing. And, as someone who has benefited enormously from the practice, I believe strongly in its healing and transformative effects.
