About Me

My classes are friendly, interactive and informal.

I offer mat pilates, through which I help you to improve your posture, muscle tone and flexibility, core strength and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.

I find rehabilitation work extremely rewarding, and have a passion for working with clients recovering from intensive surgery and mental health conditions. I am also qualified to teach pre and post natal clients.

I am a qualified sports massage therapist, as well as other therapies, and incorporate this experience into my pilates teaching wherever needed in order to assist my clients to the fullest extent possible.
