About Me

Sharon Jullings is a Pilates Instructor with experience in orthopaedic conditions (spinal, shoulder, hip mobility, etc) and pre/post-natal.


Her classes are friendly, interactive and informal; offering mat pilates through which she helps you to improve your posture, muscle tone and flexibility, core strength and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.​

She finds rehabilitation work extremely rewarding, and has a passion for working with clients recovering from intensive surgery and mental health conditions.

She is also an experienced massage therapist qualified in sports, remedial massage, Swedish massage, fire cupping therapy, pregnancy massage and reflexology. Continually gaining valuable experience by volunteering for London 2012 Olympics, marathons and other charity events, etc. Sharon has expanded her repertoire in soft tissue techniques by attending many continued professional development (CPD) to extend her repertoire in soft tissue techniques workshops which also enhances her Pilates classes.


Sharon’s other passions are her two spirited dogs Rudi and Shiva.  Don’t get her started talking about them….she will never stop.
