Hi, my name is Shylo! I am a fitness coach and group class instructor (Dance, Leg, Bums and Tums). I have been in the fitness industry for a long time, and this is one of my passions and the passion includes inspiring, motivating and encouraging all who comes to my classes.


I am a qualified Gym, Body Jam and Kettle Bell Instructor, as well as basic nutrition advice. I truly believe that fitness should be a lifestyle and a daily habit, not just for appearance purposes but for mental health and overall well-being. I love when people come to my classes and leave with a smile and a face full of sweat. I cater for any age group from young adults to adults with wisdom.


I am currently finishing my studies for my Level 3 Personal Training, my website will be up at end of March, where I will be taking on clients for 1-2-1 bespoke session via Energise Fitness.


When you join my classes I want you to work hard and have fun! This is not a chore but a treat to keep you healthy and sweet (like my poetry..lol).
