HIIT, Strength & Core

HIIT followed by strength and core training.  Ready for a challenge? H.I.I.T., you will give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery periods. HIIT builds cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean tissue and maximizing calorie burn during and after the classes. HIIT is an excellent workout option for all ages who are in good physical health. 

Strength and core builds strength and endurance for the arms, legs, buttocks and abs by repeating sets of toning exercises targeting each of these areas.

LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training)

This low impact class is ideal for all levels of fitness especially those returning to exercise or starting from new. All exercises are low impact so no jumping, running, bouncing etc. We will focus on control, multi-directional and functional movements. Structured around short intervals of work and recovery this aids progression, builds confidence and increases overall fitness. A perfect choice for all levels, ages and abilities.
