A 4-week programme of group personal training - twice a weekwith lots of tips on how to make small changes to improve your overall lifestyle. Included will also be one class per week in our upstairs studio - Yoga, Pilates, Dance, HIIT, and more! Check our timetable for the full list of options.


All you need is a Body MOT before you start; an assessment to establish where you're starting and where you want to improve.


You will be in safe hands. There is no pre requisite for starting, the emphasis is on having fun whilst getting healthier....together.
