About Me

Exercise has always been a passion of mine, having enjoyed several team sports over the years. I feel that everybody can benefit from exercise, whether it be for improving physical conditioning, mental well being or both. I am very keen to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with others. I am currently working towards a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification so I can help individuals on a one-to-one basis.

I am constantly developing my expertise reading and applying the latest scientific research and data. As a level 2 fitness instructor I provide exercise classes of different disciplines. Ranging from cardio based classes, to improve cardio vascular fitness, strength and conditioning classes to help in building strength whilst improving fitness levels, functional movement to help make everyday activities easier, I have something for everyone. 

If you feel you want to improve your fitness and well-being with fellow minded individuals and enjoy the group environment then fitness classes are for you! Everyone helps motivate each other and you are guaranteed to have that “feel good” factor that you share with others. You may even make some  friends whilst improving your health. People’s enjoyment are principle to my classes and I will always be there to offer any support needed. Who wants to work out if it’s not fun right?
