Happy Puppy Yoga
Benefitting the mind and body, puppy yoga is a chance to relax with some simple beginner yoga poses mixed in with time to have fun playing and cuddling puppies.
When you combine the benefits of yoga with the joy of puppies, you get puppy yoga! This fun and relaxing class is a great way to de-stress, relieve anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.

Happy Puppy Yoga only work with local ethical dog breeders. Their events are guaranteed to be the best hour of your week.

Katie McCandless
Katie is a local mum who is medically trained and has worked in the operating theatre for 25 years, both in the NHS and private sectors.
Her 2-hour Baby and Child First Aid class covers all you need to know to keep little ones safe, in easy to digest, bite sized chunks, in a relaxed, informal environment. Classes are perfect for parents, parents to be, grandparents, carers, babysitters etc and are CPD Accredited. Katie will cover CPR, choking, bumps, burns, breaks, bleeding, febrile seizures, meningitis and sepsis awareness, plus more!

Connected Breath

Anna warmly invites you to join this 2.5 hour guided exploration of Conscious Connected Breathwork, a simple yet powerful technique that uses the breath as a gateway to connect our mind, body and spirit.
This technique opens up the respiratory system and uses the body’s natural healing abilities to release physical, mental and emotional tension from the body. It provides access to the unconscious mind and can be profoundly healing, bringing a deep sense of connection to ourselves and creating a sense of calm and wellbeing.
The session will be conducted in a gentle and guided manner, ensuring a welcoming environment for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Conscious connected breathwork is a benign modality; however, there are a few contraindications. This workshop is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant of suffer from any of the following conditions:

Psychotic or borderline psychotic states

Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a previous psychiatric condition

High blood pressure (not controlled with medication)

Glaucoma (untreated)
